Hi, I'm Patrick. I'm a writer, designer, and customer researcher. Most recently I was a Lead User Researcher focused on building better mobile experiences at GoDaddy. These days, I am enjoying a much-needed break and working on a few side projects.

Before GoDaddy, I helped companies like Buffer, Over, and Flinto kick off their QA and customer research practices. I've worked remotely for the past 10 years and love helping people learn from their customers.

In a past life, I was a bookseller at Parnassus Books in Nashville, TN.
